Refund Policy

Overview

This policy covers refunds for paid consultation services offered by Understanding Solana Today Ltd. Free content on our website is not subject to refunds.

Learning Path Consultation (£85)

Full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled session.

50% refund if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the session.

No refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before the session or do not attend without prior notice (no-show).

If we cancel or reschedule your session, you may choose a full refund or a new date at no additional charge.

Group Orientation Workshop (£35 per person)

Full refund if you cancel more than 72 hours before the workshop start time.

No refund if you cancel within 72 hours of the workshop or do not attend (no-show).

For private group bookings (flat rate of £250), the same 72-hour cancellation window applies to the entire group booking.

If we cancel a public workshop due to insufficient enrolment (fewer than four participants), all registered participants receive a full refund or may transfer to the next available session.

Reading List Curation (£120)

Full refund if you cancel before work has begun (before the intake call takes place).

No refund once the intake call is completed and research has started.

If the delivered reading list does not address the topic specified in your brief, one revision round is included at no charge. If the revised list still does not meet the agreed scope, you may request a 50% refund within 7 days of delivery.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a consultation or workshop once at no charge if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling requests are treated as a cancellation under the terms above, followed by a new booking.

Refund process

1. Email hello@webelmpath.click with your name, booking date, and reason for the refund request
2. We confirm eligibility within 2 working days
3. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method

Deposits

We do not currently require deposits. Full payment is due before the service date is confirmed.

Work already started

For reading list curation, if research has begun, we cannot offer a full refund. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if circumstances beyond your control prevent you from using the deliverable.

Materials purchased on your behalf

We do not purchase third-party materials, subscriptions, or access passes on behalf of clients. This section does not apply to our current services.

Exceptions

In cases of serious illness or bereavement, contact us to discuss options. We aim to handle exceptional circumstances fairly, which may include credit toward a future session rather than a cash refund.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, reply to our email with additional details. We will review your case within 5 working days. If the matter remains unresolved, you may seek resolution through the courts of England and Wales.
